More than 1,400 students make up the Class of 2020

 •

First-year students, and their parents, crowded the DU campus on Monday for move-in day. More than 1,400 students, representing 48 states and 20 different countries, will start classes at the University of Denver next week.

For the first time this year, the University launched a common reading program known as One Book One DU. All incoming first-year and transfer students have been asked to read “The Truth About Stories.” The book, by author Thomas King, explores how stories shape who we are and how we understand and interact with people.
